I believe in producing the utmost level of customer service as well as beautiful images. I believe doing it right. When you book a session with me I make a commitment to you to provide you with the best possible experience from start to finish.
Session fee - $200. This is non-refundable and due at the time of the booking. This fee includes preparation and planning for the session, the actual session, getting your image gallery ready and in person sales meeting with the client. No products are included in this price.
Before the photo session - After you have contacted me, I offer complimentary consultation and will personally meet with you to discus your wishes and needs, answer any questions you might have and help even with the wardrobe if you would like. Each session is custom built for my clients.
Time - photo session on location normally takes 1-2 hours. My goal is to make sure that the photo session is fun, stress free and produces beautiful images.
Family session - This session is designed for the immediate family only.
Additional people - You are more than welcome to bring additional people at a cost of $20 per person. Please mention if you plan to do so at the time of booking.
Product pricing - Folio collections start at $700 and wall enlargements start at $150. If you do not like your pictures, you do not have to buy them.
Rescheduling/Cancellation - all appointments that are cancelled due to emergency may be rescheduled without additional fee. Rescheduling due to weather concerns will be determined by me. Outright cancellations forfeits your session fee.
Travel fee - Travel fee will be applied for locations outside a 20 mile radius of Bedford, MA. The fee will be determined on the distance.
After the session - After we have taken the pictures. We will schedule an in person ordering session. This is the first time you will see your pictures and you will place an order on the products you want.
